At Customstrcraft, we take pride in creating beautiful handmade cards and paper goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Standard Products
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. We will provide digital proofs for your approval before production begins.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized cards and paper goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Cover return shipping costs for the damaged item
- Work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction
Please provide photographs of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at returns@customstrcraft.cv within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We cannot refund customs duties or taxes paid on the original order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a restocking fee.
